CHICAGO - OCTOBER 12: Angeles Manager Mike Scioscia argues the call made by Doud Eddings after AJ Pierzynski of the Chicago White Sox struck out but advanced to first base after home plate umpire Doug Eddings ruled that Josh Paul trapped the ball and failed to tag Pierzynski in the 9th inning during Game 2 of the American League Championship Series against the Los Angeles Angels of Anahiem at U.S. Cellular Field on October 12, 2005 in Chicago, Illinois. The White Sox defeated the Angels 2-1.
